10X / 5X concentrate

High-solids export mother liquors shipped in 20 L, 25 L and 200 L drums or 1,000 L IBC totes for local dilution and bottling or inline factory spraying, cutting ocean freight and packaging costs by up to 85%. One 25 L drum of 10X Amino-Acid HCHO Scavenger Masterbatch dilutes 1:9 with deionized or RO water to yield 250 L of ready-to-use scavenger, and one 20 L drum of 5X Visible-Light Nano-TiO₂ Sol Concentrate dilutes 1:4 to yield 100 L of 1.0% wt photocatalyst spray.

4-PCH

4-Phenylcyclohexene, the volatile organic compound behind the signature 'new carpet smell' emitted by styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) latex carpet backing and tack-strip adhesives. It has an odor threshold below 1 ppb and is captured and oxidized by modified β-cyclodextrin cavities and mild catalytic oxidizers in Carpet, Latex Paint & Wallpaper VOC Neutralizer.

Activated carbon desorption

Plain bamboo or coal activated carbon holds formaldehyde only through weak van der Waals physical forces. Because formaldehyde has a low boiling point (-19.5 °C) and high polarity, untreated carbon saturates within 7–15 days and can release trapped formaldehyde back into the room when room temperatures exceed 25 °C. Impregnating microporous coconut-shell carbon with amino-acid salts converts captured formaldehyde into stable imine derivatives so it does not desorb in summer heat.

Amino-polymer scavenging

A chemical source treatment in which active amino (-NH₂) and imino (-NH-) functional groups on a polymer undergo irreversible nucleophilic addition across the C=O double bond of formaldehyde (R–NH₂ + HCHO → R–N=CH₂ + H₂O). The reaction locks volatile formaldehyde gas into a stable, non-volatile imine macromolecule with water as the only by-product, preventing temperature rebound when rooms warm up.

Anatase TiO₂

The crystal form of titanium dioxide (TiO₂) used in our photocatalyst sols. Suspended as 5–10 nm nanoparticles—far smaller than the 400–700 nm wavelength of visible light—our doped anatase TiO₂ sol atomizes through a 0.5–0.8 mm HVLP spray gun and dries to an optically clear, non-chalking catalytic film on walls and ceilings.

Bio-enzymatic deodorizer

A biological odor formulation combining immediate plant-polyphenol capture of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide with ≥10⁸ CFU/ml non-pathogenic Bacillus spores and free protease, uricase and lipase enzymes. Rather than masking smells with fragrance, the enzymes digest water-insoluble uric acid crystals and organic biofilms in carpets, mattresses and tile grout into carbon dioxide and water.

BTEX / benzene series

Non-polar aromatic hydrocarbon solvents—benzene (C₆H₆), toluene (C₇H₈) and xylene (C₈H₁₀), along with ethylbenzene and styrene in vehicle cabins—emitted by polyurethane (PU), polyester (PE) and nitrocellulose wood lacquers, solvent-based adhesives and automotive trim. Because hydrophobic lacquer films repel plain water sprays, treating BTEX alongside formaldehyde requires a dual-phase micro-emulsion with lipophilic cyclodextrin inclusion traps.

Chemisorption

Gas-phase filtration that pairs physical pore capture with an irreversible chemical reaction on the internal pore walls so trapped pollutants cannot desorb when temperatures rise. In our adsorbent line, chemisorption is used in ≥1050 mg/g coconut-shell activated carbon impregnated with 8% amino-acid salts (converting formaldehyde into solid imine salts) and in γ-alumina spheres impregnated with 8–12% potassium permanganate (oxidizing formaldehyde, H₂S and SO₂ into non-volatile residues).

Chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) slow-release gel

A passive 200 g hydrogel canister (with 150 g and 250 g OEM options) that regulates gaseous chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) diffusion at a steady 0.01–0.03 ppm for 60–90 days across a 10–15 m² room or wardrobe without power or spraying. The vapor diffuses in 3D space to oxidize airborne formaldehyde, TVOC and mold spores (ClO₂ + HCHO → CO₂ + H₂O + Cl⁻), shifting the gel from pale yellow-green to clear white as it depletes; because the activator contains an oxidizer, transport classification follows SDS Section 14 for each shipment.

Closed-room baseline and re-test

The field verification protocol used before and after indoor air remediation: close all doors and windows for 12 hours, then sample the air at breathing height (0.8–1.5 m) in the center of the room to record the baseline reading. After applying the treatment and allowing 2–4 hours of surface drying followed by ventilation, repeat the closed-room measurement under the same conditions 24–48 hours post-treatment to compare against the reference limit.

CMA / CNAS

Pollutant reduction verified in closed test chambers at an accredited laboratory, following ISO 16000-9 / GB/T 18883-2022 methods. By company policy, only certification and accreditation names are published on the website; certificate copies and full test reports are shared privately with buyers on request.

COA

Certificate of Analysis: a lot-numbered quality-control report issued for every production batch before filling and dispatch. It records the batch's measured pH, specific gravity, active solids content and dispersion/heat stability, backed by sealed 500 ml retention samples archived for 24 months at the Botou plant.

DI / RO water

Deionized (DI) or reverse-osmosis (RO) purified water used as the aqueous carrier in our formulations and required when diluting 10X and 5X concentrates locally. The product line specifies conductivity ≤10 µS/cm (TDS under 5 ppm) so divalent calcium and magnesium ions in untreated tap water do not reduce polymer reactivity or cause 5–10 nm nano-TiO₂ sols to agglomerate.

EXW / FOB / CIF

The international trade terms (Incoterms) offered on orders—EXW Botou, FOB Tianjin, CIF / CFR Global Port—shipping from Tianjin Port, China (about 180 km from the factory). Every export shipment travels with the English TDS, GHS-format MSDS/SDS and lot-numbered COA for each product in the container.

Formaldehyde (HCHO)

A colorless, volatile aldehyde gas (HCHO, boiling point -19.5 °C) released indoors primarily by urea-formaldehyde (UF) resin inside MDF, particleboard and plywood, as well as finishing resins in textiles and mattresses. Over 85% of indoor cabinet formaldehyde escapes through unsealed board edges, cam-lock holes, drawer cavities, cabinet backs and subfloors, and emission rises sharply with room temperature and relative humidity.

Free, adsorbed and resin-bound formaldehyde

Indoor formaldehyde sits in three states with distinct shares of the total load and release windows: free airborne gas (<5% of the load, cleared in hours to days by ventilation and Odor Eliminator), shallow surface-adsorbed HCHO in fabrics, paint pores and rugs (15–25% of the load, releasing for 1–6 months and extracted with High-Temperature HCHO Fumigation Solution), and deep UF-resin-bound formaldehyde inside engineered wood panels (70–80% of the load, hydrolyzing for 3–15 years and treated with Formaldehyde Remover and Nano Photocatalyst Spray).

GB 50325-2020

China's indoor environmental pollution control standard for civil building engineering at handover. It places housing, hospitals, kindergartens and school classrooms in Class I civil buildings with a formaldehyde limit of 0.07 mg/m³ at handover.

GB/T 18883-2022

China's national Indoor Air Quality Standard for occupied indoor spaces, setting reference limits of 0.08 mg/m³ for formaldehyde (1-hour average after 12-hour room closure) and 0.60 mg/m³ for TVOC (8-hour average). It is also referenced alongside ISO 16000-9 in our CMA / CNAS-accredited chamber verification testing.

HVLP spraying

High-Volume Low-Pressure pneumatic spray atomization (run at 0.20–0.35 MPa from an oil-free compressor) that deposits fine, even liquid films without runs or drips and reduces overspray waste by up to 30%. Field crews use a 0.8–1.0 mm nozzle to apply amino scavengers and edge sealers onto porous wood at 15–40 ml/m², and a dedicated 0.5 mm nozzle held 30–40 cm from walls to atomize Nano Photocatalyst Spray into a 5–15 µm mist at 8–12 ml/m².

Hydroxyl radical (•OH)

A reactive oxygen species with 2.80 V oxidation potential formed alongside superoxide anions (O₂⁻) when light excites electron-hole pairs on a nano-TiO₂ film in the presence of air moisture (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂). Hydroxyl radicals mineralize airborne formaldehyde, TVOC and surface organic odors into carbon dioxide (CO₂) and water (H₂O) without consuming the TiO₂ catalyst.

Imine

The stable, non-volatile macromolecular compound (R–N=CH₂, a Schiff base) formed when a primary amine group (-NH₂) on an amino polymer, deacetylated marine chitosan or amino-modified activated carbon reacts with the C=O double bond of formaldehyde, releasing water (H₂O) as the only by-product. Because the formaldehyde is locked into a solid-phase polymer, it does not release back into the room when temperatures rise.

ISO 16000-9

The international test-chamber method for determining volatile organic compound and formaldehyde emissions from building boards and furnishings under controlled temperature, humidity and air-exchange conditions. Our formulations are verified in closed 1 m³ test chambers at a CMA / CNAS-accredited laboratory following ISO 16000-9 and GB/T 18883-2022 methods.

MOQ

Minimum Order Quantity: the smallest batch size required to place an order across our three supply tiers. Sample evaluation kits start at 1–5 units (each a 500 mL / 1 L evaluation bottle or 200 g media pack, dispatched within 24–48 hours), bulk wholesale starts at 100 L (4 drums) (shipping in 5–7 business days), and custom OEM private-label runs start at 500–1,000 units (shipping in 10–14 business days).

OEM / private label

Manufacturing, filling and packaging our 23 indoor air formulations under a buyer's own brand, or supplying 10X and 5X concentrates for local bottling. Partners can customize active concentration, fragrance profile, viscosity and pack formats—from 500 ml trigger sprays, gel jars, breathable carbon pouches and car gift boxes up to 200 L drums and 1,000 L IBC totes—starting at 500–1,000 units with a lead time of 10–14 business days.

Potassium permanganate (KMnO₄) media

High-porosity γ-alumina (Al₂O₃) spheres (3–5 mm, ≥280 m²/g surface area) vacuum-impregnated with 8–12% potassium permanganate (KMnO₄) for air-purifier honeycomb filters, commercial HVAC V-bank scrubbers and breathable cabinet packs. The media irreversibly oxidizes formaldehyde, H₂S, SO₂ and ethylene (Al₂O₃ + KMnO₄ + HCHO → MnO₂ + CO₂), shifting color from purple (KMnO₄) to dark brown (MnO₂) as capacity is consumed; because it contains an oxidizer, transport classification follows SDS Section 14 for each shipment.

SDS (MSDS)

Safety Data Sheet (formerly Material Safety Data Sheet): a 16-section document prepared under GHS Rev. 10 / ISO 11014 for every formulation, covering composition, hazard statements, PPE, storage and Section 14 transport classification. Water-based liquids, concentrates, creams, carbon packs and the car kit ship as general (Non-DG) cargo, whereas the KMnO₄ alumina media and ClO₂ slow-release gel contain oxidizers whose transport classification follows SDS Section 14 and is confirmed in writing for each shipment.

Silver-ion (Ag⁺) dark-phase activity

Chelated nano-silver ions (Ag⁺, 150 ppm) anchored onto 5 nm anatase TiO₂ crystals so a photocatalytic coating remains active 24 hours a day, including after lights out or in windowless corridors, restrooms and wards. Under indoor light, Ag⁺ surface plasmon resonance narrows the TiO₂ bandgap and multiplies hydroxyl radical output; in complete darkness, immobilized Ag⁺ ions bind to thiol (-SH) and amino groups in bacterial cell walls and malodorous gases for continuous antibacterial, mold-inhibiting and deodorizing action without greying white walls.

TDS

Technical Data Sheet: the English specification document supplied for each of our 23 formulations. It details active chemistry, physical and chemical properties (pH, density, viscosity, VOC content), target pollutants, applicable substrates, ml/m² or g/m² dosage rates, HVLP/ULV application methods, curing and re-test windows, packaging formats and 24-month storage conditions.

Thermal steam extraction (fumigation)

Stage 1 of the post-renovation contractor protocol, applying High-Temperature Formaldehyde HCHO Fumigation Solution at 20–30 ml/m² through a 2600 W high-temperature steamer (60–95 °C nozzle output) on dense wardrobes, upholstered sofas, mattresses and heavy draperies. Localized heat and moisture expand wood micro-pores and accelerate 3–6 months of dormant urea-formaldehyde hydrolysis while heat-stable scavengers capture the released HCHO in the vapor phase before it escapes into room air.

TVOC

Total Volatile Organic Compounds: the combined airborne load of mixed organic solvents—including alkanes, esters, ketones, styrene, acrylate monomers and glycol ethers—off-gassing across large surface areas such as fresh latex wall paint, PVC/vinyl flooring, silicone sealants, modular office partitions and commercial carpets. Under GB/T 18883-2022, the indoor reference limit for TVOC is 0.60 mg/m³ over an 8-hour average.

ULV cold fogging

Ultra-Low Volume space atomization that disperses water-based deodorizers and VOC neutralizers as a fine 20–50 micron cold mist across an entire room volume, HVAC supply/return duct or fan-coil intake without heat. Contractors and hotel housekeeping teams use ULV cold fogging at 5–12 ml/m³ with Odor Eliminator, Hospitality Smoke & Nicotine Odor Eliminator and HVAC Duct & Coil Disinfectant Deodorizer for 30–45 minute room turnarounds.

Urea-formaldehyde (UF) resin

The heat-cured adhesive used to bond wood fibers and veneers inside MDF, particleboard and plywood, accounting for 70–80% of the indoor formaldehyde load in newly renovated spaces. Ambient moisture slowly hydrolyzes weak methylol (-CH₂OH) bonds in the cured resin for 3–15 years, releasing formaldehyde gas primarily through unsealed cut edges, hinge bores, shelf pinholes and cabinet backs.

Visible-light photocatalysis

A catalytic surface reaction in which doped 5–10 nm anatase TiO₂ absorbs standard indoor LED or daylight illumination (380–550 nm) as well as UV light (TiO₂ + hν → •OH → CO₂ + H₂O). Trace dopants narrow the TiO₂ bandgap so indoor light excites electron-hole pairs that split air moisture and oxygen into hydroxyl radicals (•OH) and superoxide anions (O₂⁻), mineralizing formaldehyde, TVOC and surface bacteria into CO₂ and water without consuming the catalyst film.

WHO indoor air guideline

The World Health Organization reference indoor air quality guideline for formaldehyde, set at 0.10 mg/m³ over a 30-minute average. On this site it is listed alongside China's GB/T 18883-2022 (0.08 mg/m³, 1-hour average) and GB 50325-2020 (0.07 mg/m³, Class I civil buildings at handover) as a reference benchmark when comparing closed-room baseline and post-treatment readings.
