The chemistry behind the line.
High-solids export mother liquors ship in 20 L, 25 L, 200 L drums, or 1,000 L IBC totes as non-hazardous general cleaning cargo. Overseas partners dilute with standard deionized (DI) or reverse-osmosis (RO) water at ambient temperature using low-shear mixing—producing 100 L to 10,000+ L of full-strength commercial RTU formulation on demand.

01How much ready-to-use (RTU) liquid does one drum of concentrate yield?
One 25 L drum of 10X HCHO Scavenger Masterbatch dilutes 1:9 with RO water to yield 250 L of full-strength commercial scavenger. One 20 L drum of 5X Nano-TiO₂ Sol dilutes 1:4 with DI water to yield 100 L of 1.0% wt visible-light photocatalyst spray.
02What water quality is required for local dilution and bottling?
Use deionized (DI) or reverse-osmosis (RO) water with conductivity ≤10 µS/cm (TDS < 5 ppm) to preserve polymer reactivity and prevent nano-TiO₂ sol agglomeration over its 18–24 month shelf life.
