Multi-Class VOC Targeting
Simultaneously addresses non-polar alkanes, esters, ketones, and residual monomer solvents from decorative finishes.
01 / 05 · Studio PackshotBroad-Spectrum VOC Neutralizer
botouseneco TVOC Eliminator is a commercial broad-spectrum volatile organic compound neutralizer formulated for newly painted walls, acoustic panels, commercial carpeting, and synthetic interior finishes. Applied via 0.5mm–0.8mm HVLP atomization at 10–20 ml/m², it chelates and degrades mixed organic solvents to bring indoor air below the ≤0.60 mg/m³ TVOC acceptance threshold.

01Overview
Targeted abatement for post-renovation spaces where third-party air testing reveals elevated Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC).
Even when low-formaldehyde E0/ENF boards are used, newly fitted offices, hotels, and residences frequently fail indoor air quality inspections due to high TVOC emissions from latex wall paints, PVC wall coverings, silicone sealants, and synthetic carpets. botouseneco TVOC Eliminator combines plant-derived terpene chelators with micro-catalytic oxidizers that capture and cleave volatile organic chains on contact.
Simultaneously addresses non-polar alkanes, esters, ketones, and residual monomer solvents from decorative finishes.
Engineered to dry crystal-clear on white latex paint, textured wallpaper, and acoustic fabric panels without yellowing.
Accelerates solvent off-gassing decay curves so commercial properties pass third-party IAQ acceptance testing on schedule.
Low-viscosity liquid atomizes cleanly through standard contractor spray systems without nozzle buildup.
Reaction mechanism
Many VOC species (aromatic esters, ketones, higher alkanes) are hydrophobic and resist standard water-based formaldehyde sprays. TVOC Eliminator employs an amphiphilic micellar carrier that solubilizes non-polar VOC molecules at the substrate interface, enabling catalytic degradation into harmless water-soluble byproducts.

03Application
Treat high-surface-area finishes where solvent films off-gas.
Unlike formaldehyde (which concentrates in dense wood joints), TVOC off-gasses across expansive surface areas such as painted walls, ceilings, and carpeting. Maintain a 30–40 cm spray distance for uniform micro-mist deposition.
Record initial HCHO/TVOC readings (mg/m³), room temperature (°C), relative humidity (% RH), and closure window (1h vs. 12h).
Identify whether off-gassing stems from urea-formaldehyde MDF/particleboard, phenolic plywood, solvent lacquers, or textile backings.
Calculate total surface area (m²) of panels, walls, and ceilings to determine exact liquid volume (ml/m²) and nozzle gauge (0.5mm–1.0mm).
Confirm sample evaluation batch, TDS/MSDS export documentation, and commercial drum sizing (1L / 5L / 20L / 25L / 200L).

08Questions
Formaldehyde Remover is specialized for water-soluble HCHO emitted by urea-formaldehyde wood resins. TVOC Eliminator uses amphiphilic chelators to capture hydrophobic organic solvents (alkanes, esters, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons) emitted by wall paints, carpets, and sealants.
Yes. TVOC Eliminator is non-bleaching and pH-neutral, making it safe for synthetic commercial carpets, fabric office partitions, and draperies after a standard spot check.
