At 0.25 MPa air pressure, the precision-machined 0.5mm HVLP fluid tip shears low-viscosity Nano Photocatalyst Spray into a 5–15 µm dry-mist plume that self-levels into a 50nm uniform film without coalescing into droplets. Simultaneously, the 2600W instant boiler generates 95°C steam within 25 seconds to drive Stage 1 thermal HCHO extraction.

Use the 0.8mm gun for Stage 2 Scavengers and the dedicated 0.5mm gun for Stage 3 TiO₂.
Never cross-contaminate amino scavengers and photocatalysts in the same cup without flushing. Our kit includes two color-coded HVLP guns: Gun A (0.8mm tip) for Formaldehyde/TVOC Scavengers, and Gun B (0.5mm ultra-fine tip) exclusively for Nano Photocatalyst Spray.
