1. Who we are

This website is operated by Hebei Senzhijia Environmental Protection Co., Ltd (“botouseneco”, “we”), Botou Industrial Zone, Cangzhou, Hebei Province, China. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you use the inquiry form on our contact page or the quote form available across the site, we receive:

• your name and contact details — an email address, a phone number or both;
• your company and country, if you provide them;
• the inquiry type, the products you selected, your message and any optional files you attach (such as test reports, bills of quantities or packaging briefs).

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we receive what you send there, together with your email address or phone number and profile name.

Information collected automatically

• Spam protection. When a form is submitted, our server reads your IP address to limit the number of submissions from one address within a short period. It is held in memory only and is not written to a database.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical data — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to operate and secure the service.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and does not build profiles of visitors.

3. How we use it

• to answer your inquiry and send quotes, samples, technical documents and product recommendations you asked for;
• to prepare and carry out orders, shipping and after-sales support if you become a customer;
• to keep a record of our business correspondence;
• to protect the website and our inbox against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Legal bases

Where data-protection laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, we rely on:

• steps at your request before a contract — answering inquiries, quotes and sample requests;
• performance of a contract — processing and shipping orders;
• our legitimate interests — keeping business correspondence and protecting the website against misuse;
• legal obligations — keeping order and invoicing records required by accounting and tax law.

Under China’s Personal Information Protection Law, we process your information because it is necessary to respond to your request and to conclude or perform a contract with you.

5. Who receives it

• our sales, engineering and export staff who handle your inquiry;
• our business email provider, which delivers form submissions to our inbox;
• our website hosting provider and, where used, the content-management system in which inquiries are stored;
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there — that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy;
• freight forwarders, couriers and customs brokers, only when we ship samples or orders to you.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. Where it is processed

We are based in China, and your inquiry is handled by our team there. If you write to us from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in China. Our service providers may process it in other countries as well. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we put them in place.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up on the business relationship. Records linked to orders and invoices are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. After that we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time (see section 9).

8. Cookies & browser storage

This website does not set cookies. It uses your browser’s own storage for two conveniences, which never leave your device:

• Inquiry list (localStorage) — the products you add to your inquiry list, so the list is still there when you come back. Clear it by removing the items or clearing your browser data.
• WhatsApp tip (sessionStorage) — remembers that the short WhatsApp tip was shown, so it appears only once per visit. It is deleted when you close the tab.

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
• send your data to you or another company in a portable format.

Send your request to info@senhomedustcollect.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country.

10. Security

Access to inquiry data is limited to the staff who need it, and we rely on the security measures of our email and hosting providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or payment card details through the forms.

11. Children

This website is intended for business buyers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our website or our practices change, for example if we add analytics or new service providers. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Contact us.
