02How it works
The chemistry behind the line.
Hydrogel matrices regulate gaseous ClO₂ release at a safe 0.01–0.03 ppm steady-state concentration to oxidize airborne HCHO, TVOC, and mold spores in 3D space. Amino-modified carbon combines microporous physical capture with chemical imine locking so trapped formaldehyde never desorbs in summer heat. KMnO₄ alumina media irreversibly oxidize HCHO, H₂S, and SO₂ inside air handling units, shifting color from purple to brown as capacity is consumed.

01How long does one 200 g ClO₂ Slow-Release Gel jar last in a room?
Each 200 g jar provides 60 to 90 days of continuous vapor-phase oxidation for a 10–15 m² room or wardrobe cavity, depending on ambient temperature and air exchange.
02Do you provide retail-ready private-label packaging for gels and carbon bags?
Yes. We supply custom-printed retail color boxes, induction-sealed PET/PP jars, breathable SMS/linen double-layer carbon pouches, and dealership gift boxes with low OEM minimum order quantities.
03Can KMnO₄ Activated Alumina Media be supplied in bulk for filter manufacturers?
Yes. KMnO₄ Activated Alumina Media spheres (3–5 mm or 4–6 mm) are supplied in 25 kg moisture-barrier drums and 500 kg super-sacks for HEPA/carbon honeycomb filter assembly and industrial wet/dry scrubbers.
